| Description | If a suspect is cuffed then he enters a vehicle with someone and goes away to lose his arresting officer, The cuffs will be removed but he will be stuck in the vehicle in a frozen state. |

| Comments | Being frozen as a result of cuffs was report in other ways as well but this was the only way I found to replicate it, Fixing it should fix the others as well. |
