Increase the Police earnings

Police work is Hard work, it's actually balanced in a way but There are some areas that need improvement or need to be changed Like Red wrote to compensate the paycheck.
Nobody can escape their sins, everyone gets punished whether it takes a day or an eternity.
You can change who you are, but you cannot run from yourself.

Thing is that cops dont lose shit when they die, except armour and myb small amount of cash which im not sure about.

On the other hand, if a criminal dies, he loses armour, weapons and 3 minutes of his life wasted for staying in a cell.

If you're planning to improve cops income, criminals should get something better as well don't you think?
I'm just saying that players who have jobs in general should get paid better, I didn't mention other jobs like a medic etc as I don't know much of, but let's just be clear. the police job is just where you keep losing money by time and the cash you gain is actually paid (if you work hard enough to even earn a 7,000$ paycheck)  on 1 infernus repair for example, and you of course repair dozens of vehicles and sometimes armor it to deal with criminal groups. So you end up losing money not working in a job to earn money at all.

Criminals ain't a team, It's an act an individual chooses to do and must acknowledge the consequences of getting caught. and talking about balance between criminals and cops shouldn't be really it, even if we do I don't really see much disadvantages, Army vehicles are removed. seasparrow nerfed to become a flying free kill and tazer range/rate of fire and hit cooldown makes it easy for criminals to dodge it.

Try thinking about it from the Police team POV. Bank robbers earn like average of 14,000$ each robbery, and pays much less if they are not caught/play smart, cops have to spend loads of money as long as they play, and what they earn is nothing to even cover up the costs alone.
I know what you mean and I believe that this is intentionally made this way so players would earn money as civilians and play cops for the fun of it.

If police job turns out to be more profitable for cops than being robbers, some players would constantly play cops and ruin the gameplay by overstacking the police forces.

Yup I thought of this deeply, and yea increasing the paycheck amount to even 30,000$ will still not be a match for the average cash earned per hour as a bank robber, as the paycheck isn't really recieved every while like the 13-15k you earn every robbery.

I myself would go for bank robberies if I need to make some fast money even if the cops paychecks were actually increased, but it just feels useless to play as a cop now, the only reason you would play as a cop now is for fun or some score, and then you have to go off duty to gain some cash so you can continue playing as a cop.
be a goddamn hoe and earn cash easy.

Yes and of the robber ends up 2 times in jail he loses 1000$ for hospital fees than he bribes at least 2-4k once he reach the evidence he can pay or rob the locker which means if he pays 8000k loses money again, and if his car is impounded or some newbie cop just sprayed his car no mather if he is civ or mw..guess what he lost money again. Then he gotta go to amunation buy wepa and armor thats an other 10k so which means if he ends up in jail he loses the money from bank rob so its kinda even with the cop job who can buy armor for 400$ and run straight to the next crim who if he arrest him he gets 1250$ bonus at least. If im wrong with this judge me but my opinion is that cops dont need paycheck increase

Why are you comparing them? Criminals do not pay 24/7 on stuff, they control and choose what to pay on and what to do, and their earnings are great enough for them to save millions, while playing as a cop is just where you keep losing money over time till you are zeroed as long as you play. The earnings you make are not even enough to cover like less than the quarter of what you pay on necessary equipment to do your job such as vehicle repairs and modifications used in pursuits, guns and ammo/armor used in fights and so on.

cops 'lose' their money because they are not using the vehicles and weapons given to them, rather they use the same vehicle and weapon the criminals are using. Cops have cheap weapons which they can buy through PD checkpoints, they have 2 types of cars (Police Ranger and the normal car), SWAT tank, unmarked premier, 2 pursuit sports cars, 1 pursuit bike, 1 normal bike, Rustler, seasparrow, Police Maverick and Predator, all are free for them. what else do cops need lol.

EDIT: I forgor to mention taser 💀

Good luck in using those vehicles in order to do enough work for even a paycheck of 3000$. They are not given weapons, they are sold at a discount and the earnings you make are not even enough to cover their costs as you buy more ammo and armor overtime.

Dont know if you know but theres a lot guns and even armor arround and inside pd like ls there are like 3-4 guns inside pd 1 gun in the garage and armor on 100m away from pd. The same thing applies for sf and lv

Yep, let's go and chase criminals with 5 shotgun rounds, 30 pistol rounds and 60 SMG rounds.
I can easily earn money as cop
Just be tactical and learn not to die
The score and rewards for cop/medic/firefighter job events were about doubled again in 1.14.
