It's a bug abuse, please comply with the rules and don't try to suggest an implementation of something which is seriously exploitable and has huge advantages against other players.
Bear in mind that suggesting anything which encourages to rule-breaking is most likely not going to be accepted.

The vast majority of the player base has no idea how to 2-shot so it becomes pretty unfair when used in combat.Not to mention how its a bug in itself and that its clearly stated in the rules that samp bug abuse gets you punished.If you enjoy 2shotting and deathmatching you are probably on the wrong server.
I have to admit that I was pretty neutral about this previously but the more I thought about it the more I convinced myself that this feature shouldn't say.

Previous suggestion to disallow 2 shot was going on from november.
