I am leaning more towards disallowing people to bind it to scroll entirely. Allowing sprintbind means allowing cheats basically. So I hope mike ignores it, if he accepts it then well, you will have a server full of people running around like Usain Bolt. Which I would not like, but would be fun to watch (I wouldn't be able to watch because I don't even join the game), I only make this suggestion for the betterment of the server and the playerbase.
I also forgot to mention that you can't make a macro on your mouse/keyboard to spam space. Can someone explain to me that how the fuck is it different from binding space to scroll?
I bought the mouse, and I can use it's features. So if you allow to bind space to scroll, why don't you let me make a custom macro that does the exact same thing lmao. I don't believe how senseless it has been all these years and no one has said anything about it

How do you tell if someone is using sprinthool or scroll to run?

1, sprinthook just does the scrollwheels job and in some cases scrollwheel is better
2, yes you cant stop players from pressing spacebar fast but noones mashing their spacebar everytime they want to move in the game which is why someone would use sprinthook or scrollwheel

If we allow this, this will be way hard to explain to newbie players and they will have hard time facing those having high score, pretty much they be using this rule(if allowed) for their own advantage, knowing majority of players have no idea of it.
The feature of SAMP which you mentioned regarding Scroll Up/Down, that's a feature, not an addition of script of some sort so pretty much all SAMP players are aware of it and hence no discrimination of who uses what.
If you give me any logical and more solid reason of why we shall allow Sprintbind, then I may think to change my vote but for now expect complete unsupport.

1, nobody is fighting to allow sprintbind/scroll we want it out of the game because it gives players an edge over others
2, if by any chance a lobotomized staff decides to allow binding sprint to scroll they should allow sprintbind too because theres literally no functional difference between the two
3, yes super sprint is a feature everyone should use but without a macro/scrollbind because with the normal way you are limited to how fast you can mash your spacebar vs scrolling
