It is a bug when you have $0 in your wallet someone can attempt to rob you infinitely. There is no cooldown to rob you when you have nothing your wallet, Because you have nothing in your wallet you have nothing to worry about they won't rob anything off you.
Ann222222 send me some proof privately if you have it and I might be able to give you a response.
