Make escaping jail a threat crime

Nowadays prison break is so easy, that you can break out almost instantly after going to jail (Thx for skills update mike) so people should be cautious when escaping by making them face death if caught easily

they are LITERAL PRISON ESCAPEES

even in real life prison escapees are pretty much shoot on sight

Sorry but i am really enjoying from fooling cops after escaping, will upload a video when I get home of what i'm talking about. Also, I do this all the time, if 4 cops in PD u will get distroyed.

+1 its annoying af cuz some players got escaping chance high and they go around pd as nonthreats till they find the right moment to take the cops down

im giving second +1 because of just how many non threat killing reports are a direct result of this

3 mins in jail is kinda boring, I'd rather /breakout in 30s and take my chances to escape. If I were a threat, /breakout would be pointless since you will get gunned down in PD in a matter of seconds.
