I don't say I disagree with this suggestion but most of players usually face black screen while entering/exiting an interior and that could be annoying.
I agree that the spawn protection is too long and abusive but so is the black screen. Mike should fix the black screen and make it load faster before lowering the spawn protection or make it possible to taze someone with spawn protection.

black screen loads fast. mike cant do anything about those playing on 0.1kbps internet.

You can also disable screen fading in mcnr settings
