Bug with Special Cargo - SF

So it was a Special cargo " Stolen vehicle parts ",

I took the Truck and went to Bayside(SF), and the checkpoint where i was supposed to load the cargo is right behind the Sweeper Vehicle where you can start the activity.
Now the problem is that this vehicle is Immovable, i tried to push it back with the truck but the Sweeper keeps standing and i couldnt Load the cargo.

Remove the sweeper from that location because its just in the CENTER. Or change the load checkpoint to another location.
There was no way to take my truck to the checkpoint with that Sweeper, pushing it back dont work, and if i try to keep moving it ends with the trailer get stuck up the Sweeper.
Basically impossible.

its possible to pass and reach the checkpoint,cuz there is a free space on the left and the right of the sweeper,but anyway i believe it shouldnt be like that
