simply no, if a person wants to stay anonymous on mcnr they have the right to remain so, if you really want to find some poor fella after they namechanged its not that hard to do.
you didnt mention a single reason why should this be a thing for normal players instantly making it a stupid suggestion

I support this, people usually do devious shit first and then they change their name and act goody-goody with everyone. It also helps crew leaders to know the actual history of a player instead of just guessing who a player could be

After his first forum player complaint after the namechange you know who he is

If a player has changed his name it should be on him if he wants to tell everyone or hide it till he wants to do -1
