I'm sure, it doesn't spawn, neither it shows a blue car icon in the radar, all I noticed was 'your favorite vehicle has spawned nearby', nothing else..

Tried this multiple times and unable to replicate. Please try and replicate this multiple times and grab a video for us.
After trying to replicate this issue with Parzival in-game, We have found out that the vehicle actually spawns right next to Blueberry automatically (with the blue car icon visible) after relogging, and does not actually spawn near us, but yes, it does spawn, just at the same point near blueberry.
With these pictures in the attachments, you can find out, in the first picture this is me before quitting, the second picture is me after returning but the car does not spawn near me (you can see a blue car icon on the mini map which is far from my position), in the third picture you can see the exact location of the car on my map, Both me and Parzival tested this and we got the same results.
