Mike's Cops and Cops and few civilians who walks around so they become wanted

In my opinion power balance > new features because new features will bring new bugs.
It's sad when topic like this don't get much replays , and in-game u can often see something like this in chat : "Everyone's cop" , "Everyone's white" ..

I agree with you. Maximum jail time (including the bail reduction) should be 4 minutes. I chased someone earlier for the whole 15 minutes. BTW, If you don't want to waste your time in jail, minimize your illegal activity, or stop doing it.

So what are you trying to suggest, actually? A starting money of $2000 for new players? That would be fine.

Yes. Tazer distance should be lower. Actually, there is a cooldown reload for tazer.

The economy is balanced from my standpoint. I got 700k within a week. There must be at least 1 cop to rob a bank.

Cops should be able to get their weapons back before they became a law enforcer instead of giving them free weapons. Helicopters have fuels, which means they are limited. The good thing about this is that you can't lose wanted stars while inside an air vehicle.

I have increased the new player starting cash from $500 to $1000 and also made it so if a player can't afford their full ticket/fine it will just take all the money they have, therefore players that don't have the money to pay their ticket no longer face jail without a chance to avoid it.

Also a previous update added 'weighted payouts' based on cop vs criminal player base ratio. For example if there are more cops than criminals on the server the payout for bank robberies etc. will be higher to reflect the higher risk and chance of being caught.

I'm not for giving tazers to criminals.

Jail time is fine. It's a couple of minutes. If jail was 1 minute then it would serve no purpose in the game.
