Well it's hard for us to track if everyone's getting chased by cops because we gotta /spec one by one. I do believe punishing peoples that are asking for teleporting while in a chase is enough, because the offense isn't really a big issue overall and it happened rarely.
I think we should pinpoint one guy who organize the event and other staff members should be considered as "assistant" , Managers+ will be "supervisor". There's no need to bother everything on highest ranking staff member, the one who start organizing should be the one who's starting and ending the event.
Then we need a rule for that.
Also, it would be cool to have a system that shows if a player got ticketed by a cop, many players complain about being killed by non-ticketed players for no reason.
