Add Rocket Launcher

However, I think having a 1 ammo rocket launcher with a ridiculous price might be reasonable. You don't know who killed you by grenades either.

Have the same logic as grenades, do not allow rocket launchers in interiors, make limited ammo etc...

Heat seeker is good as long as we, civilians, cannot use rustlers to take down people who are trying to get away in planes.

I think there's a script that restricts having more ammo than it should...

I think it should be balanced with only 1 max ammo idk
