Add quickstrings

Hello everyone. What do you think about adding quickstrings? This can make the game easier for everyone.

For example: $cop - view the closest cop
                    $civ - view the closest civilian
                    $sus - view the closest suspect
                    etc.

It is already on my list to add these, especially $sus and $susveh and $suswep $susdir etc. so you could use the cop radio to tell other cops about a suspect e.g. what they are driving and in which direction they are heading 🙂
