if the server's population has a larger criminal to innocents and cops ratio, the mayor of the active city will announce that they will initiate martial law and military conscription will be open only for one minute. If a police or innocent accepts the conscription they will be sent to the military role and will be teleported to the active city's military base (Ocean Docks, Easter Basin, Area 69) where they will be given attack helis and hydras, tanks, and more with the only caveat that they will be discharged as soon as they are KIA. if the criminals somehow survive long enough to be innocent or they eliminate all military units the martial law will be lifted and everyone who joined the military will get a bonus.

We used to have jets & tanks, as well as a military faction. Unfortunately, the armored vehicles are too overpowered and, in terms of the tech behind it, hard to keep track of for administrative purposes. The Hydras and the Rhinos are definitely not happening outside of admin events.
