New jailbreakout system and feature.

New System:
Instead of Jailbreakin going on % of chance of success i think its more entertaining and more fun and pressing to breakout with a Arrow minigame like the one in the bank vault.

Players must buy a lockpick and then when clicking "Break out player" the arrow minigame begins, maybe do It a bit different from the one in the bank vault.

If player fails to breakout then the one jailed get 1:00 minute + of sentence.
And the One Who was Jailbreakin get wanted, and perform an animation like the One in bank vault when u fail.

New feature:
PD now have the computer, what if that computer controls the jail too?
When u are a civilian you can use this computer (gain 1 star) and add an option in the menu "Hack jail".

How to hack the jail?
Go to Zero RC and buy a disk/keycard/pendrive which contains a virus/hack (costs 10k) (can carry 2 max).
After purchasing u can go to the PD computer, click "Hack jail" and then it opens a menu with all jailed players (which already exist) and players can choose to open a specific player jaildoor or to open all jail Doors.
An Arrow minigame Is required to open the jail door.

For 1 player the arrow minigame should be easier than Opening all jaildoors

This is a good idea except that the jails in San Andreas seem to be the classic old-style jail which have locks so I suggest rather than hacking game we can do like cutting the lock and the lockpicking animation from GTA Chinatown Wars or some sht

Taking animation from a different game isn't possible. All current animations are available in game files.
