More Optimized Hideout Selection

You bozo, afcourse it should be as far as possible.
You're robbing a fucking bank not your local grocery shop, the cops would be on your ass till you reach the horizon.

Hideouts are just too far away, I would like to see the old system back.

LS -> Ocean docks (not sure about this, don't remember well)
SF -> Bayside
LV -> Tierra Robada

Perfect spots, cops get notified immediately once we break into the vault room + it's allowed to camp at hideouts

That's true about the bank, but the Hideout is same for bank and properties (houses)...
