Steps to reproduce the behavior:you need 3 players to reproduce ( 2 cops and 1 criminal ).a cop needs to arrest the criminal (next to the second cop).then the cop needs to /q before the Arrest animation is over.then the cop would reconnect to find himself in jail for 1 min with possibility of paying bribes.
