If your IP address is in the same range as a ban evader, you WILL be checked. However, there are multiple things that staff look at other than IP address to detect ban evaders - which should mean you are fine.

As long as you're clean, you won't be banned for anything, If you were banned appeal your ban at https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/board,21.0.html using correct format of ban appealing.
