Critical medkit bug

- Your in-game name: MLGERROR
- I noticed it came after the revive bug. I wasn't sure if it is supposed to be like that. Asked couple friends aswell, they said same thing happens to them.
- Probably many have no clue about that.
- Should be easy fix, maybe its the amount of consuming is doubled.

This bug is already reported and it's fixed as stated by Mike.
