I want to export FCR-900 but this vehicle is always missing. Server doesnt spawn it. Even when its spawned, its a cop vehicle and cop vehicles cant be exported. Fix this so it spawns like any other vehicle.

It's a rare spawn when FCR-900 is on the main map with the atribute 'owner: None'.
Most of the times it spawns, but it's a service vehicle (located on the /city's Police Department—hence making it impossible to export, as I'm assuming from you.
Suggest a fix spawnpoint for an FCR-900 like in Missionary Hill or other place, like we have with Ranchers (spawning at SFA), Journeys (spawning in Las Barrancas), Infernus' (spawning at Doherty by the SF Driving School's parking lot), etc.

I won't guarantee an FCR-900 to always be spawned, as this would be too easy. I can't guarantee vehicle spawns, as they are randomised. I will look into more dedicated motorbike spawns but won't have a dedicated FCR spawn location.

Just go to the car dealer and take the FCR-900, and you do not have to buy it. Just take it from the dealer and export it.

Just a side note for those who want to export FCR-900:
if the active city is LV or LS, you can go to Wang Cars in SF, at the 2nd story on the corner of that car dealership, there is a bike spawn that exclusively spawns bikes. Normally are PCJ-600's, NRG-500's, BF-400's, and FCR-900's. Destroy the bikes that you don't want to respawn until the desired bike spawns. This is not any bug exploit, this is simply gameplay.
