It's always struck me how patients from the countryside always have to be driven to a city hospital for a cardiac arrest, even when a rural medical center is right around the corner. Timers will need to be readjusted, obviously, but the change will make the events more realistic and slightly more diverse & rural hospitals feel less abandoned.
