I Suggest that The no Fly zone limit should have a altitude limit , Like it makes no sense for AACM to shoot me while im on ground..

There isn't. And they aren't rockets, as it's difficult to do that, it just explodes you after so long.
I will make the restricted area only affect aircraft at a certain height.
No need, you can just enter the aircraft first let it hotwire itself then exit the ruslter and re enter again with it hotwired, and then quickly just take off and you will avoid it being shot down.
