Switch gambling amount reset from 1 day in real life to 1 day in game

As many of you can relate this shit simply sucks ass, we'd rather have 1 day in game principle of gambling reset than 1 day man it's too long.

Accept this shit and mcnr economy which is pretty much already fucked will become worst

1.increasing inflation
2. Cops and robbers -> cops and gamblers
