The horse betting machine wont give you the prize after a win

What exactly were you doing, with who, where etc.:	So basically as you know we have a daily allowance of 250k for all sorts of bets.Whenever youre betting your last 50k on horse betting, if you exit the betting machine it wont let you back in and will display something like you reached your daily bet allowance of 250k dollars.So i waited the whole game and saw my horse easily with a huge lead.Once the horse reached the end line i pressed return and i was out of the betting machine but no results were displayed and no money was given to me!
What did you expect to happen, and what actually happened? What is the bug?	I made a bet on the green which had 12/1 chance of winning. And the bet was 50k  so i was expecting to be receiving 600k in return in winnings. But nothing was transferred to my balance.
Have others experienced the issue?	I am not sure if anyone ever experienced this.
Have you experienced the issue multiple times?	It is my first experiencing it.
Can you replicate the issue? If so, please provide steps to do so.	I think yall can replicate if you bet ur last 50k of bet allowance on horse and you get the chance of winning. You should exit the race at the same moment when the horse cross the finish line.
Can you think of any special circumstances that might have caused the issue?	I think it is the fact that you cannot go back to watch the game if this was ur last bet allowance.

Unfortunately, i didnt expect this to happen.
I always bet on horses all of my daily allowance and it was my first time winning on the last 50k im betting and the first i emncounter this bug. So i didnt really get any proof.

i dont understand what you understand by transaction of 250k.
but here is what i meant.
You know players have a daily allowance of 250k betting money, which means u can only spend 250k cash on betting for a day!
So the bug usually occurs when ure betting yout last 50k out of this bet allowance. If ure watching the horse race and exit, it wont let you back in to recontinue watching the race. I believe this could be causing the bug that doesnt pay you the win money when u win.
In my case, i played the last 50k and i won with green horse which was supposed to give me 600k.
When the game was almost done and green horse obv won. It got me out of the machine and didnt give me any prize money!

I simply asked you for a screenshot that proves that you've done a bet of 50k money.

I understand your point and appreciate the feedback. Normally, I leave $5 to ensure I can still watch the race afterward. However, I do see the issue you're raising, and I'll be discussing it further with Yoshi. I also want to clarify something regarding the betting system. The horse betting machine often misreports the winning horse, and your horse may have actually won. This is a known issue, and we’re hoping for a fix soon. It’s likely you didn't receive any payout because your horse lost. As for the main issue you mentioned being unable to return to watching the race after using your daily gambling allowance. I'll address that with Yoshi as well and follow up with you.

Yes, I did. But this topic is regarding another issue I explained above.

For the last time, I want to remind you that the main issue you're reporting is that you can't view the horse race once you leave the machine after using your final betting allowance. I’ve already reported this, and you can find more information below.

As for the second issue, where your horse wins but you don’t receive any payout, this has already been reported, but I recently updated its priority. Both bugs will be fixed soon! Thanks for your patience.
