Kick players with high pl since they get a free antistun + other dm benefits

Yeah, if dude's dming and he has high pl or weird comunication with the server, he should not be let to DM.

It's fine, he's a friend, I don't mind him doing that to me. The only thing that triggers me is when I am and I don't stand a chance because of stuff like this.

And what is wrong about the videos, lol? SA-MP sync issues...
