Talk to people close range

Hum... you mean voice chat? Because if you mean text chat, there are things called /w and /shout that do that at diferent ranges.

I have seen a voice chat on a samp server once but I had 500 ping there cuz it makes the server super laggy.btw u can already use /w or /s to talk to players in range with a Message instead of voice

But AFAIK that would need external plugins to be installed for every player that wishes to use the feature.
