Falling from interior spam

Issue	Upon getting arrested in Juniper Hollow Gas Station Interior, player is considered "out of interior".
Description	On getting arrested in the Juniper Hollow Gas Station Interior in SF, the script thinks that the player is outside the interior, and attempts to teleport them out. But since they are in jail, the script can't do that, so it keeps on spamming in their chat. However once they're out of jail via bribe, the script immediately teleports them outside the interior, in this case the Police Department and stops the spam in the chat. On a rare chance may be used to get out of PD safely.
