Is it worth to come back?

No.

Improved in some things such as:-

- Decathlon is actually worth doing now
- Economy is a bit better
- TH is a bit better
- DEA briefcase is better ( idk if you know about its existence but its just a better mafia bag but gives u 5 star wanted )
- Cops can see if threat or non threat if they kill or shoot non threat so they cant just kill anyone and say idk if he was threat or no
- The game is a little little bit more refined
- New events ( IDK if they were back in 2019 or 2020 ) but they r like : DM : HIDE AND SEEK : Dodge the harvester : wrestling and etc
- Community is comparatively more cooperative? or helpful?
- A new robbery Warehouse robbery has been added its quite good it can range from 27k to over 50k in money

Disadvantages :-

- Bank robbery is ass now gotta do a lot of work to even get to the vault
- The bank guard cant die by 1 or 2 ppl now ( atleast not easily )
- Casino robbery still gives low money ( atleast when compared to bank or warehouse )
- Bullet is 8x more expensive

Thats all I can think of

so the only changes are money making tbh idk if i wanna grind lvl 100 by fishing once again and making money 24/7 just to afford anything oh and ofc grinding police lvls so from what u have listed basically mcnr became more grind focused and boring i guess i aint coming back then

1. The server could benefit from some improvements but remember that the server owner and his staff are all doing everything pretty much as a hobby/volunteerism
2. Read 1. and also yes more staff online would be great
3. Some people need to be disciplined and not given 'warnings' especially if they are regular players who know the server rules very well
4. I suggested some ideas to fix the community a little bit but I am sure it's not that easy as clapping hands
5. Read 3.

TL;DR yes, everything about the server could use some improvements here and there

this server just became dead like others, toxic players, unfair players and admins

SAMP is long dead bro, and second, only players play at weekends here just mostly of players got life to handle with.
