if the suspect actually doesnt run away and gets in the car, i'd kindly take them to the compound. but well, only newbies dont run away cuz others will call friends of them to help them (from experience)
Less jail time if you don't try to break cuffs
isn't it already a thing? if suspect tries to break cuffs, they get additional wanted level thus their sentence will be longer

you dont get less jail time, it only happens supposedly when they take you to the red marker at pd garage

you never get less jail time, even if taken to the pd garage. I used to relise on parole those who are taken this way.
