I wouldn't really mind if only server vehicles had more sport cars around so people wouldn't just rely on their personal vehicles for getaway purposes....

- also unlock all random spawning cars so you can actually use them in a fast situation

Remove personal vehicles in general, refund all the cash that was spent on vehicles or some %, add more vehicle spawnpoints in active citys, make vehicles that you can buy from store cheaper and one time use until destroyed (also can be stored in garage) to retrieve the vehicle you should go to the garage and get it out not spawn it in middle of nowhere. RPG element of spawning cars from air is ass, makes no sense to Grand theft auto and not lets mention that entire server is on bullet, infernus , nrg meta except for newcomers, noone really does steal any cars.
With that feature economy fix, more fair fights not only db, car variety on streets that players are driving not only sports cars, removal of RPG element (car spawning) would make it more closer to actual "cops and robbers" where robbers ether steal cars or buy them.

Personal vehicles have been overpowered in MCNR since forever. Being able to recall a car anywhere you are, and it also having protection from breaking in is overpowered. Please, give me any sort of reason why you shouldn't nerf personal vehicles. If the only thing you can think of is that "Oh but its not fun if my car gets robbed and i cant instantly recall it!!!!" then you can just close forums.
