As you are openly discussing it in Discord (although no issues there) staff are going to see it from a different perspective compared to how you are viewing the situation.
All staff, and players should be treated with respect. However if you're not willing to show respect towards staff, don't expect them to carry out any favours for you. There are no "egos or desires" happening, what's happening is poor communication, poor evidence towards complaints, and taking things too personally.
