Bet allowance bug - 2x the betting amount from bet allowance limit deducted

    - Where were you? Betting Shop
    - What were you doing? Horse Betting

- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible., Go to bet shop, Place any amount bet and then do /bet, you see 2x amount deducted from allowance.

Same issue happened to me, for now, when I trying to place 50k or less it will be doubled "2x amount deducted " and this fucked up.

Description	Gambling allowance is getting deducted twice the amount while playing horse betting. for example: -> I have a daily gambling allowance of $50,000. -> After betting $10,000, /gambling shows I have used $20,000 from my daily allowance.
