2. FBI truck to 2000.
3. FBI rancher to 1300.
4. Patriot to 2000.
Change some vehicles' HP
The Patriot is more nimble and faster than the FBI Rancher.
It's too easy to kill the driver of an FBI Rancher as it handles like a boat, it should actually be increased.
Both the FBI Truck and SWAT Tank should be increased to match the Patriot, as it is clearly armoured. Patriot, FBI Truck, and SWAT Tank should be bomb proof.
Seasparrow should be available to all players, obtaining parts then built at the Abandoned Airport (I'm going to suggest this).
