When you do Vehicles Export activity, and for example you have to get a FCR-900, a SuperGT or someother vehicles the system sometimes locate Law Enforcment vehicles or Mission vehicles.
For example i was in SF and i had to Export a SuperGT and the payphone keep me location the SuperGT in Doherty (the time trial vehicles) and in LV for example i had to Export a FCR-900 but payphone keep location me the FCR-900 in PD garage, and players cant export Law Enforcment Vehicles or Mission vehicles.
Idk if this should be in bug report or in suggestion.

Also the payphone can lead to a player car and they can Just recall it, idk if is intended but is annoying. +1
Using a payphone to search for a vehicle will also find the ones that are used for missions and personal vehicles. There's no restriction yet, as long as it exists, it will find it!
Mike should remove Mission Cars and Law Enforcment vehicles, from the script that locates vehicles using payphone.
It's not a bug, because a bug means something is not working as it should. This was just an oversight, and I'll sort it, however I don't know how, because it still did what you wanted and located a Super GT.. Perhaps I should ask the player if they wish to exclude mission/job vehicles idk
