Breakout cooldown bug (REPOST)

Hey, thanks for reporting. I'm having a hard time understanding what you mean on the first part of your report, requesting a cell transfer doesn't seem to affect breaking out in any abnormal way. If you mean failing a breakout then transferring to try breaking out again, I also do not see how this is possible as the server will automatically refuse a cell transfer request if you have just recently attempted to break out. If you can explain better what you mean by (quote below), I'd have no problems replicating it further.

That being said the "You cannot attempt to break out of jail yet (recently joined/spawned)" error seems to be an actual issue. We have looked into it and logged the said problem, you can find more info regarding this by looking at the table below. Thanks!
