I think this helps the cops know the criminal is a threat or not. and its easy right now all people can read it -1

I like the idea, but it could say: "Shooting in Public 21/08/2024 21:30 (2 minutes ago)" in that case. As Arpa said, it need to be easy for cops to see if a criminal is a thread.

why not , if someone get killed as unthreath you can compare /crimes dd/mm/yy hh:mm with /logs time and make easier to punish/invalidate reports

At some point /crimes is due to be integrated into the action log system. I'm not going to do this to only make it invalidated when the /crimes are moved to action logs.
