[CIV] Enable Donator players to sell Donator Vehicles to Non-Donator players

Allow donors to sell exclusive vehicles, like Pizza boy or Sweeper for example. Etc

Also, allow Donors to sell regular vehicles but with custom  donor colors, such color won't be removed when the non-donor buyer gets the vehicle.

In this way, Donators can take advantage of the selling fees and get an extra cash source

LOL Major Mistake? Worsen what situation? Are there Hydras, Vortex or Apaches as donor vehicles?
What a pandemonium would it be to buy a Sweeper from a donor, oh ye, sure. And lets not talk about just cosmetic colors, what a mess. Pff

Its just a regular exchange as when regular players buy a Bullet from players with higher XP rank.

That's what I mean lol. If you are a donor this just gives you the chance to make money off of  those cars. How does it affect donors or anyone negatively? Haha
