It is fine as is, it would actually become a problem if this was implemented.
Example:
Group 1 consisting of 4 players is against 1 other player, 2 different crews or just rivals.
They keep killing this said 1 player because he is alone and is constantly MW which allows the group to keep killing him.
This will go endlessly because, for example, there aren't any cops. If he gets jailed after a while he can escape the endless death.
Happened to someone and even though it didn't happen to me i think it's unfair or even already annoying enough
