Add command /countdown or /cd so people can use it in 1 v 1

It seems so lit, it can regulate any duel in any spot around the map without asking others to write it down the chat +1

I dont think that its a good idea since it will make dueling more easier and this isnt a dm server, the more dueling is hard the rare we can see players dueling
