Add personal weather for donators only

Players should be able to use their own custom weather if for those who want to prevent any rainy or sandstorm weathering for their gameplays

I like the idea but it will be considered as advantage in front of non-donators cause It is lowering their fps if they stick to current rainy/storm weather.

While I agree that certain weather types are annoying, I’m concerned that letting players select different weather individually could create unfair advantages, especially when driving.

What about foggy weather?
These 2 examples would prove that donator would give a advantage I'd say is too high

I think rain handling stills the same even if the player don't see the weather, can anyone confirm?
