Just like everybody here is saying "Respect is earned you cannot force it out of people". That's the thing most of the time staff can ignore any mockery or sarcasm thrown towards them. Just like you asked normal player to do. Insulting is another factor and players should be punished if they do so. Sarcasm,satire or mockery are just forms of criticism used by people and critism pushes staff to do better be responsible towards their jobs and if you get offended over small things then you obviously are not fit to be a staff member cause they have to deal with 100 people with 1000 different opinions and if you get offended over every small thing then this is just gonna be a mess.
I don't even get paid for this job, and you expect me to bow down to people mocking me about how I do my job, that's outrageous.
