HAHAHAHA, respect is earned. If you have to force it out of others then you got bigger problems to deal with. Maybe try not sneaking ban evaders into the team for example. This is not even hearsay, a well established fact.

Already suggested a lot of times even mentioned OM and Mike but both of them don't care at all about the players. They think making shit rules will make this server the most happiest place but instead they don't even know what is going on in the server. Mike stop hiring ban evaders, aimbotters in the staff.
For the respect part " Respect is earned not given forcefully"
(This place ain't north Korea man where u think we gonna worship em, they ain't idols for none)
If u think players don't respect staff at all than, I haven't seen any of complaints against Shadow and Jay_dee coz they do their work properly and don't involve themselves in any sort of arguments. On the other hand ghostface ur most beloved staff is known for his rage, worst decision making in the entire staff.
You guys Moody Karbz all a joke to the community, you don't care about the community on what issues we all have in common, if you really care about the server fix your staff members out before putting the blame on the community and on top of that what benefit do you even give to the community, none of us see you active on the server and acting all bossy, pathetic people you have .
no one even has the time to type emails because we are either gooning or playing mcnr thats our life who want to write a long ass email uploading proofs and that shit and beg everyone for more proofs
The existing process of dealing with staff complaints in private through email has been ineffective, unwelcoming, and out of touch with the reality of the player experience. It is time to bring back public staff complaints on the forum—where the community can engage, witness, and hold those in power accountable.
Transparency is a cornerstone of any equitable system. When an employee is reported, the public has the right to know that the issue is being dealt with seriously. Public staff complaints not only permit scrutiny, but also invite witnesses and other stakeholders with evidence to come forward. Under the present private email system, participation is discouraged. Players usually fear being victimized or think that their complaints go into the blue when they are never replied to or even acknowledged. Public threads would enable others to verify claims, add additional evidence, or even provide defense if the staff member is not guilty—leading to a more balanced and equitable outcome.
Secondly, the process as it stands is inefficient and off-putting. Numerous players have stated that they do not wish to go through the inconvenience of making a new email, writing lengthy reports, uploading evidence, and waiting forever for a response that never arrives. Gaming should be enjoyable, and players shouldn't feel as though they are composing formal grievances in an office. By restoring public complaint threads, we take away this hindrance and facilitate players to make their voices heard, which is particularly significant in dealing with critical issues such as staff abuse or aimbot use.
In addition, public accountability makes the staff team professional and honest. If regular players can be publicly banned or punished with logs and screenshots made public for everyone to view, why should staff be immune from the same scrutiny? Genuine leadership is founded on integrity and accountability. If a staff member is performing their job properly, they have nothing to worry about from a public complaint system. Actually, this system might even better the behavior and communication of employees, knowing their actions are publicly visible.
Others contend that public grievances might damage the server's reputation or cause mob psychology. But the reality is, concealing staff grievances only breeds a culture of secrecy and distrust. If professionalism and fairness are the priority, then open communication should not be feared—it should be embraced. The investigation procedure can still be kept confidential by management, but the fact that there is a complaint must be seen.
Finally, reinstating public complaints by staff will increase transparency, enhance player confidence, and guarantee that nobody—no matter the role—is above scrutiny. The people have spoken loudly: they desire a voice, they desire fairness, and they desire action. It is time to listen.
Thank you everyone for your feedback, Mike and I have an upcoming meeting scheduled to which this is indeed a topic I will be raising due to community concern.
Whilst I cannot guarantee a positive outcome I can certainly try.
I will link to this post as reference to community complaints towards the change.

Hell!o So, what is the conclusion? I recently submitted like 8 reports and one of them was considered valid even tho most of the would have been valid if they would have been judged by the community. Why dont people like sharky get reported?

Please include the new staff policy with this topic cause it's also an issue and we can already see the feedback by other players on that new rule. Anyone can provoke anyone in mcnr whoever he wants but it should be in a limit and for normal players provoking isn't even a rule. Some just get warned and others are asked to neglect it. I am sure you saw the 2 screenshots I posted they show how rules are different for staff and players.
Just like everybody here is saying "Respect is earned you cannot force it out of people". That's the thing most of the time staff can ignore any mockery or sarcasm thrown towards them. Just like you asked normal player to do. Insulting is another factor and players should be punished if they do so.
Sarcasm, satire or mockery are just forms of criticism used by people and critism pushes staff to do better be responsible towards their jobs and if you get offended over small things then you obviously are not fit to be a staff member cause they have to deal with 100 people with 1000 different opinions and if you get offended over every small thing then this is just gonna be a mess.

I don't even get paid for this job, and you expect me to bow down to people mocking me about how I do my job, that's outrageous.
Why wonder this server is not enjoyable, staff members don't respect the community, absolutely pathetic and disgusting behavior from few individuals and we can see who comments and not, shows the true colors.
