Since this is about cities I'm definitely going with Los Santos being the best city of all. The design and the feel of it is really well done. It would have been better if this was about the best locations in San Andreas. For me, the best location in the game is Mount Chiliad.

One Drunk Man is more intelligent that Three Women with PhDs.basedSkeleton all know that the best city is los santos cuz you can server in it if you re a MW and you can do some traps to kill cops + the the other best place is the bridge of bayside its really good cuz you can do bomb traps in it and kill some cops +all the good stunts in LS + you can do some stunts and traps to kill cops in LV too there is some good places like come-a-lot
