Please put a more relevant title, example "bug with helicopter rappling". Also the heli need to be stationary to use the rappling system as passenger because you will fall if you rapple while the heli still moving.
He is asking if it can be made so that you can rappel from the helicopter while it is moving slightly. The reason you can’t is that the ‘rope’ can’t easily be made to move with the helicopter so it would be floating in mid air.
