Simply we should be able to sell our houses for the more price than we bought .
For ex. i have one house and i want to sell it , with this system i can sell it only for the same or lower price . But we should be able to sell it for more price .So players can buy good props because owners will want to sell them .
You can put limits
+1, should be a able to sell a house for more as land only appreciates and never depreciates.
-1 that would be never ending e.g i buy my house for 100k i sell it for 200k next plyr who bought the same house for 200k sells it for 400k and the value of the house goes from 100k to 1m in no time but ita not the real worth of the house

I'd say negotiate with the seller... at a certain point I think people just won't entertain the idea of a house being sold for a certain amount.. If the person really wants it sold they'll negotiate.

Im suggesting this because we had this system on my previous cnr server and it was perfect . And as i said there will be limits . None will be able to sell a 100k value house for 500k
With the limits on +1 but if there no limits dear lord.. house with 2 rooms goes for 420k not good
Even if there is no limits , its sellers problem because none will buy a 100k worth house for 1m .
Anyway i like the idea to sell houses and earn something, the current system is good, if mike will make something, i hope no one can sell houses for more than 50 percent of original value, but everyone will sell houses to earn and prices will increase as fuck even for a cheap small house, so i don't know what would be better.
Yes, like if I want to sell one my mansions I want to sell them for higher price than what I got. I think this will be allowed in a future update 🙂 +1

i hope mike will put a limit or something if he make it, it's really bad to fight hoggers.
