u know thats multiaccounting..

There is an option in settings to reset all your progress try to lok for it or ask around in ingame chat

I don't know if i'm too late or not, i think this is how to reset all your progress, won't click on it tho because i don't want to reset my progress, you could try this out and reply here with how it worked  😆.
