Suggestions

1. Let cops player with low rank ride as a passenger in higher rank cop vehicles
2. The ability to purchase car insurance to make whoever destroys your cars pay the $800 to recover it.
3. The ability to convert a personal vehicle into a cop car (Lights / siren and the robber visibility range)
4. Custom tuning for personal vehicles. Ability to add custom parts to your personal vehicle similar to how the clothing works.
