Sewer_Rat,we are asking if he dealt some damage to you or not.Shooting at your car or killing your friend or killing someone else doesn’t mean you can kill him.Then I would just follow some random cop and wait for him to kill someone,then I would kill the cop and call it “self-defense”.It makes absolutely no sense.

- Explanation: Why were you banned? What happened? I got with cheat code 15 detected. I had 2 wanted star before (from stealing cars and shooting in public) then I got killed and jail by police (i forget who), Then I got Banned for 1 year. I'm surely I'm not using any illegal progam/cheating
