Alright guys I need your opinion about this "jihab" guy, I'm suspecting he's Sharknado ban evading.
Ok, let's start, so how do I know he's ban evading? Well he claims himself new player but he knows alot about this server such as the rules and parole system.

He reported someone and then ask question later, means he knows the rule that we can't shoot ticketable players as a cop, I guess it's one of his old habits to immediately report?
